Late check-out is based on availability room and subject to following surcharge:
- Check-out effectuated after 12.00 PM to 18.00 PM is charged at 50% of room charges.

If any confirmed guests reservation is canceled, the hotel must receive a written notice from the company at least one day prior to the guest’s scheduled arrival.
